My Nightly Routine

Hair, Skin and Nails!

My nightly routine is one of the main things I look forward to as my day is winding down. School done, homework completed, finished my shift and now it's time to relax.

First things first, I turn on my shower. I do this first because it takes forever for the water to heat up, and I like my showers warm. Next I'll take off my makeup-I use Neutrogena makeup removers and then rinse with cold water.

I recently switched to Function Beauty shampoo and conditioner and I swear by it. Function beauty allows you to take a quiz and then customizes your shampoo and conditioner JUST FOR YOU AND YOUR HAIR! Plus-you get to choose the color and scent of it! How cool is that? My color is orange and my scent is peach :)

I like to shave fairly frequently, even if it's just a quick swipe up on the leg-I hate sleeping with prickly legs, it's always bothered me. I use ProActive MD face wash with an exfoliated brush.

Lastly, I'll wash my body-first using dove body soap and a loaf, and then a dove bar of soap.

I like to let my hair air dry, and in the meantime, will either use a Biore nose strip or will use toner and then use Bio Oil-I buy Bio Oil at Walmart and it is literally my favorite beauty product. Its super cheap, smells wonderful and leaves my skin crazy smooth.

After I'm all dry and warm-and in sweatpants-once a week I like to file my nails and then apply a coat of Sally Hansen strengthening gel. This leaves a nice shine and makes your nails stronger!

This came with my Function Beauty shampoo and conditioner! They give you a little booklet explaining the benefit of your product!
