The Story of Molly-Rue, a.k.a, the love of my life

Starting my sophomore year at WSU, I felt hopeful. I knew this year was going to be better all around. However, something was missing. I had a corgi shaped hole in my heart that could only be filled with one thing. You guessed it-a corgi. I searched all around, browsing all the puppy adoption sites I could find, and at a last resort, searched Craigslist. There, I found Molly.
She was barely two months old and as soon as I saw her, I immediately called the owner, saying how I wanted her. We made plans, I withdrew the money (a little pricey, I'm not gonna lie, but look at that face) and we met at Krispy Kreme. I finally had my puppy.
The first few weeks were what I imagined a new parent of a newborn experienced. Poop everywhere. It was like she was poop-Picasso. My rugs were ruined, I did laundry two-three times a week, I was always tired-and I had never been happier. It's true what they say about dogs making you happier, and live longer in the end.
Molly has made me more responsible. At five months old, we have a schedule. When to eat, when to poop, when to play and then snuggles before bed. She is, without a doubt, my best friend.
Fun facts about Molly:
1: She loves lie on her back, belly up in the air
2: She also loves belly rubs, ergo her favorite pose is number 1
3: Her head tilts are the absolute cutest. She does this especially when we FaceTime grandma
4: I call her little legs thumpers, stumpers and chubs.
5: She has bright blue eyes and her fur is tricky-color; black, light brown and white
6: I sometimes call her Molly Rockets because she go so fast!
